About her
I’m loyal, loving, kind and genuine with a good sense of humour, laughter is particularly important to me. I care a great deal about those I am close to, family, friends, my three grown up children and my pets, notably a cocker spaniel called Bertie.
I have literally no sense of direction so often get lost, hate being cold and I’m more likely to cry if someone does something nice for me, and I’m also on HRT without which I might be a lunatic -who knows!
I try to look after myself, I love to hike/dog walk, I do Pilates and I love reading, poetry, theatre and film including a good Netflix binge with a bottle of wine.
I think it’s time to start to live for myself aswell as for others, there is much I’d like to do, see, experience and it would be nice to share that journey with someone special, but equally it would be nice just to be sitting on the sofa at the end of a long day, doing nothing with that same someone special.

I’d love to meet someone kind, caring and someone who makes me laugh, makes me feel safe, loved and sexy at the same time. Someone with emotional intelligence who can have deep conversations but we can share thoughts with a look across the room. I’d like to return the favour.
I think there is an unspoken chemistry in a relationship that works which can’t necessarily be put into words but I’d like to find that. You don’t need to be a gym bunny or a cyclist (it’s fine if you are but I’m neither) but health and wellbeing should be a priority so we can get the best out of life for as long as possible.
There’s no real deal breakers except arrogance, a man who is successful in his chosen professional field is sexy, a man who thinks he is in a position to ‘interview’ potential matches to take his pick on the back of his success is not.
