Years rush by, too fast, but for me, it is never too late to make a new start, meet a special lady, begin a new friendship, hopefully resulting in an enduring romantic and loving relationship.

My garden, as shown in two photos, is quite large, and seems even larger when everything, especially the weeds, starts growing. Hence, I'm an active gardener, albeit one constantly tempted by the reclining chair under my quince tree surrounded by azaleas, rhododendrons, magnolias &etc.
As a retired university professor, I still write, publish - my latest book (academic research, not fiction) was published in August 2024 - lecture, and do occasional media work (recently for a French film company making a tv documentary for the European Arte Channel targeting France and Germany), but rest assured (says he modestly), I'm no boring academic!
